IT department and Intellisys successfully upgraded our E-Verify system to the governments Version 22; meeting a government imposed deadline. During the process, we learned a lot about our system that will help us in future upgrades and I-9 / E-Verify application development. In addition, I.T. can now upgrade E-Verify without the help of outside consultants; the knowledge is spread across multiple people within our department. And a big thanks to the team that put in the long hours to make this effort a grand success.
I greatly appreciate the way Intellisys managed the project and its responsiveness in handling issues and challenges. I also give Intellisys high marks, overall, for being extremely flexible when it came to schedule changes on our end. The attention to detail by the offshore team was exceptional.
