Our exposure to embedded systems has resulted in projects where we have leveraged our knowledge and experience to achieve the following:

• Designed, developed and implemented Printing and Encoding Machine software, to issue and recharge magnetic tickets.

• Designed, developed and implemented software for Single Board Controller to operate bus-validating Fare boxes, that takes coins, bills, smartcard and credit cards for fare payment.

• Designed, developed and implemented Watchdog programs that sit on the Single Board Controllers to watch and monitor programs and restart them if they have a critical error.

• Designed, developed and implemented touch screen interfaces - colored, labeled, picture areas of the screen that acts as buttons.

• Designed, developed and implemented Threaded Message Queues to reduce the response time of function calls, so that we can handle the devices in real-time.

• Designed, developed and implemented TVM (Ticket Vending Machine) software, to print and issue magnetic tickets.

• Designed software which allows the interfacing of Coin Mech Units, Bill Validators, Infra Red Probe units, Smart Card Readers, RF Interface and an OCU display unit, cashbox sensor, door sensors and other device alarms that allow programs to go out of service if a critical problem occurs.

• Developed Screen Configuration Wizards and Hardware Configuration Wizards to customize the Screen Layout and the Hardware Options.
