Intellisys Technology has developed various types of screen wizards for use in multiple scenarios. We have developed screen wizards for manufacturers and end-user to conduct various tasks. We have particularly excelled in the transportation industry with our screen wizards for ticket vending machines. We have developed three major components where our screen configuration wizards can be applied: Initial Set-up, Ticket Vending, and Device Control.
Initial Set-up: This wizard, as the name suggests, is used during the initial set-up of any equipment. The wizard will allow the client to pick and place functionality on the equipment and design screens to match this. Listed below are some of the tasks that could be used by our client to design a screen flow:
- Get money from user
- Issue tickets for user
- Get card for recharge
- Get card for a read
- Recharge a card that has been inserted
- Replace a card that was inserted
Ticket vending: Using this wizard in the transportation industry, the client can create ticket types and implement the following features:
- Set ticket sale prices
- Set ticket recharge prices
- Set media to issue the card (e.g. plastic or paper)
- Set special names to tickets for marketing purposes
Device control: Using this wizard will allow the customer to control the additional devices and configure them according to the business workflow. Sample devices and their parameters include:
- Bill Mechanism
- Configure the mechanism to accept notes; if desired, prevent one-dollar bills from being inserted
- Configure maximum number of bills to be held in the cash box before
signaling a full alarm
- Coin Mechanism
- Configure the mechanism to accept coins, if desired, prevent dimes from being inserted
- Configure maximum number of coins to be held in the cash box before
signaling a full alarm
