Intellisys Technology gets ISO 9001:2000 Certification

Intellisys Technology's offshore center in Chennai, India, has been ISO 9001:2000 certified by TUV. The most stringent of the ISO 9000 series of standards, ISO 9001 certification is an internationally-recognized quality management systems certification.

ISO refers to the International Organization for Standardization, based in Geneva, Switzerland. Although the organization is based in Europe, countries all around the world (including the United States) are represented through its Technical Committees. ISO 9001 consists of specifications that outline practices that ensure the maintenance of product and service quality, and continuous quality improvement.

To earn the ISO 9001 designation, a services firm must meet rigorous standards that demonstrate its ability to consistently deliver customer satisfaction. Intellisys Technology earned the prestigious ISO 9001 designation in less than four months time.
